Here’s a quick and easy recipe for my Lemon Pesto: Lemon Pesto made #betterwithbotticelli
1️⃣ 2 cups of fresh basil
2️⃣ 2-3 cloves of garlic
3️⃣ ¼ cup of pine nuts or walnuts
4️⃣ ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese (freshly grated is best, but you can always use the already grated in the jar)
5️⃣ 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
6️⃣ 2-3 tbsp of Botticelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend everything together in a food processor and serve over chicken, pasta, vegetables, mozzarella, etc.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge!
