I am a Registered Dietitian, Wellness Expert, and Owner of Walsh Nutrition Consulting.
Growing up in the Northeast, during the cold winter months I would always find myself looking for health and beauty products that gave me that same feeling I got when visiting sunny and warm places! Whether through ingredients, flavors or scents, I loved being able to feel like I was on a tropical island even when it was 30 degrees outside.
After obtaining degrees in biological sciences and nutrition I grew to understand the importance of quality, science-backed formulas and ingredients when it comes to what we put on and in our bodies.
When I moved to South Florida in 2015 I was able to be around the vibrant colors and flavors of the tropics in my everyday life, a few years later BeachyMama was born!
BeachyMama takes my love of all things tropical and combines it with my scientific background as well as my discerning eye for quality formulas and ingredients. BeachyMama truly is easy, island-breezy nutrition and beauty!
