Does this program include a meal plan?
Yes! Included is a 4-week meal plan complete with all of the recipes you need and a grocery list as well as complete nutrition information for each recipe.
What kind of results can I expect from this program?
Results will vary depending on numerous factors such as your current weight, your individual weight loss goals and the amount of work that you put into the program. Healthy weight loss is typically 1-2 pounds per week, however the more weight one has to lose the more they may lose per week initially. If you follow the guidance provided by the video modules, meal plans and other resources you should absolutely see results.
